Columbia Basin Fisherman   #2 of an edition of 3

The life size bronze in the example photos was commissioned for the Clymer Museum to be  historically accurate. The number one piece in the edition is currently on display in the Yakima Nation Museum and Cultural Center in Toppenish, WA. ( See photo of piece  #1 in museum under the major pieces tab). The physical characteristics include a flattened forehead denoting tribal status and with a stocky build due to the nature of the daily activities such as rowing canoes. The spear is done in a manner that was consistent with the culture. Cedar bark clothing and hat are also depicted. It is finished in a traditional  brown tone patina.

Columbia Basin Fisherman is available for viewing at my studio in Kalama, WA. The # 1 in the edition was appraised for $85,000. Pricing is available on request.
